6. Contractor Accounts

Contractors who sign up via /add-businesses/ agree to: (a) maintain current licensing and insurance; (b) pay for leads as agreed at signup; (c) not resell or redistribute leads to third parties. MoldGuide reserves the right to suspend contractor accounts for non-payment, fraudulent activity, or consumer complaints.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on MoldGuide — including articles, images, tools, and code — is owned by MoldGuide or its licensors. You may not reproduce, republish, or scrape content without written permission.
