How much do leads cost for founding contractors?
Founding contractors receive their first 5 leads at no charge. After that, leads are $50–$75 each — locked in for your first 12 months. Standard pricing at launch will be $75–$150/lead. This discount is only available to contractors who join during the founding phase.
How are leads delivered?
Leads are delivered instantly by email and SMS with the homeowner's name, phone, ZIP code, and a summary of their mold situation — including problem type and severity from our quiz.
Are leads exclusive?
Yes. Each lead goes to a single contractor in the homeowner's area. You are never competing against other contractors for the same lead.
What does "founding contractor" mean?
Founding contractors are the first 5 contractors we onboard in each metro area. In exchange for being early partners, you get the first 5 leads free, locked-in pricing for 12 months, priority lead routing, and the ability to set your service territory before anyone else claims it.
What certifications do I need?
We verify general liability insurance and IICRC S520 compliance. In states with mold remediation licensing requirements, a valid license is required. We confirm this before activating your account.
What happens after the founding phase ends?
Your locked-in pricing stays in place for 12 months from activation. After that, you have the option to renew at the rate in effect at that time — but you will always have priority over new contractors in your territory.
Can I pause or cap my lead volume?
Yes. You can pause anytime, cap your monthly lead count, or restrict to specific ZIP codes. There is no penalty for pausing.
